This week, we are having a big time reading Patricia Polacco’s The Bee Tree!

Oh the marvelous bee conversations we’ve had!
I have a whole post planned for the wonderful resources we’ve used, activities, and non-fiction books we’re reading. So make sure you’re signed up for my newsletter so you don’t miss that! (My newsletter comes out once, maybe twice each week.)
In the meantime, your young learners can practice their cutting skills using these bee cutting practice worksheets!
Bee Cutting Practice Worksheets
The Bee Tree by Patricia Polacco is a beautiful story about the chasing of a bee to find his bee tree. My girls and I have loved reading this adventure!
It also relates how the search to find a good bee tree is similar to that of reading and searching out a good book. Many stories and adventures await us!
In addition to several other bee-related activities and books, my girls are working on this set of bee cutting practice worksheets.
This unique style of worksheet is so fun!
Your child cuts out the picture in the bottom square along the dotted lines, which create puzzle pieces.
Then she glues the puzzle pieces back together in the top box to form the picture.
There is a small picture in the top left corner to serve as a guide if your child needs the extra reinforcement.
There are 10 cutting practice pages included in this set.
For personal use only.
